International Orders
We can sell and ship some items internationally but certain brands or substances may be prohibited from shipping outside of U.S. or to certain territories.
We are unable to estimate local taxes and VAT and are not responsible for any of these charges or duties.
Package forwarders may be utilized at your discretion. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after your item has been delivered to the shipping address. All shipments need to be inspected prior to being forwarded to secondary destinations.
Lead Times
We under promise and over deliver. Although many products will ship the same day or next day, our official policy is 2-4 business days of handling time including expedited orders (Next Day Air, etc.). If you need something in a rush please use a premium shipping service and contact us prior to placing your order for a more accurate ETA.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed air or hazardous materials may only be shipped within the contiguous U.S. using ground delivery only.
Oversized items, including bikes, may not be available for expedited shipping. We will contact you should in the event that your selected shipping service is unavailable for your order.
Bike Builds
All bikes are built, checked and test ridden prior to boxing and shipping. This process averages 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog and the complexity of your build. Expedited builds are available for an additional fee, contact us for details.
Complete bikes are packed in our own specially designed bike boxes but do require some basic assembly. If you aren't confident in your mechanical abilities please have your local shop do the final assembly.
Only bikes/frames over $3000 are eligible for free shipping. There is a $150 charge on all bikes/frames under $3000.
Received a damaged item or bike?
We do our best to protect everything we ship but accidents do happen. Please keep all packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can file a claim.

The Gravelier represents the pinnacle of pedaling comfort and performance for gravel riders who put in big miles at an expeditious pace. Gravel riders tend to pedal in a forward-leaning position for long periods of time; the Gravelier accommodates this with a side profile that curves from tip-to-tail and cradles the pelvis to provide “locked-in” support. The perineal relief cutout improves blood flow and reduces numbness in sensitive areas when the hips are rotated forward in an aggressive, forward-leaning pedaling position. The Gravelier’s short 246mm length is paired with a mid-length section that quickly widens out to provide ample room if riders choose to shift beyond the primary support zone. Built for Speed. - Center cutout reduces perineal pressure, improve blood flows and reduce numbness when the hips are rotated forward in an aggressive pedaling position
- Stiff, yet responsive, fiber-infused Fusion Form base optimizes power transfer under hard efforts while also absorbing vibrations transferred through the bike
- New Fusion Form base allows model-specific amounts of fiber to be infused into the nylon to create a flex profile that balances comfort and support
- Pressure mapping technology was used to create a foundational shape based on anatomical science, which was then refined to create the perfect shape for gravel cycling
- Extra width and padding in the nose to provide additional support when a rider scoots forward for maximum power
- Extended rail clamping length provides a wide range of fore/aft saddle positions
