Pro Bike Supply is stoked to announce our new Pick Up & Drop Off service for South Orange County. We will do our best to accommodate requests for pickups in other parts of Orange County but scheduling will be subject to availability.
Whether your schedule is packed or you just want the ultimate convenience, we’ll handle the transport so you can focus on the ride.
From precision suspension tuning on your eMTB to full overhauls on your road machine, OC's premier service department is now more accessible than ever.
How It Works:
- Request Your Service: Submit a request online with your desired services. One of our guys will follow up with you within 24 hours to provide a full service estimate (if requested).
- Schedule & Pickup: We will coordinate a convenient time to grab your bike from your home or office. (Please note: Someone must be present for pickup).
- The Wrenching: We transport your bike safely to our shop where our master techs get to work.
- Delivery: Once your ride is dialed in, we'll schedule a time to bring it right back to you. (Someone must be present for drop-off).
Turnaround Time: You can expect a quick 1-2 day turnaround for most standard services. Lead times may be extended if we need to order additional parts or components for your build.
Zones: Zone 1 - $50 (Each way) South of Newport Blvd to Newport Coast; Zone 2 - $60 (Each way) Newport Coast to Laguna Canyon (133); Zone 3 - $70 (Each way) Laguna Canyon to Crown Valley Pkwy
Payment: We can invoice you through our website prior to drop off or payment can be done at time of drop off via credit card.
Bikes We Work On: To guarantee the highest quality service, we stick to what we know best.
- What we service: MTB, eMTB, Gravel, Road, and TT bikes.
- What we DO NOT service: Beach cruisers, Active bikes, Super73 (or similar style e-bikes), and Surrons. We are not equipped to work on these machines.
Disclaimer: This is not a mobile service. This is strictly a pick up and drop off service. To ensure the absolute best quality of work, we bring all bikes back to our shop. This gives our techs our full workshop and specialized tools at their disposal to get your bike tuned and running perfectly.
