At our Newport Beach, CA store you will find a unique showroom that is packed with demo bikes instead of show bikes as we truly believe you need to demo as many bikes as possible before finding the one the suits your riding style the best.

$100 for Pedal Bikes
$150 for eBikes
Price is per day (pick up the morning of your reservation and return before we close the following day. 3 or more days is 30% off the daily rate
The entire demo fee goes onto your shop account to put towards purchased of $500 or more… especially your new bike.

Up to 2 days. Demo are setup first thing in the morning so they are ready for pickup when the shop opens, the day of your reservation. Bikes are due back by the end of the day, the following day. Demos picked up on Saturdays are due back by lunch time on Monday as we are closed on Sundays.
No. All demos need to booked at least 1 day in advance so we can setup the bike before we open.
1) A $4000 security deposit is required on pickup and is charged as an authorization (not a charge) to any major credit card, so it won’t appear on your statement. If you have a $10k spending limit on your card, you will only have $6k available on your card until we release the authorization.
2) A liability Waiver (insert hyperlink). Mountain biking can be a dangerous sport so know your limits, use the brakes, and always safety check your equipment before every ride.
Demos are for our local trails only and can’t be transported to bike parks or outside of Orange County. Riding to the trails take about 45 minutes so most riders load them onto their vehicle with a quality rack or truck bed.
Approved trail systems include: Laguna Wilderness Park, Aliso Woods, San Clemente Single Tracks, Santigo Oaks Regional Park, Water Works, Trabuco Canyon and San Juan Trail.*
Feel free to ask for trail recommendations.
*eBikes are not allowed at some of these parks. Know the regulations before hitting the trails and be respectful of slower moving bikes.
The purpose of our fleet is to try before you buy. If you need to rent a bike we can do so at the same rate but the proceeds will not be put onto your shop account for future purchases.
All demo bikes are setup for your riding weight. If you want a specific length stem, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
You are responsible for any damage that occurs to the bike. We will be reasonable and most likely just charge the wholesale price for replacement parts and labor. Most repair costs can also be applied to a future bike purchase.
We provide the bike and pedal, based on your preference. We do not provide tools, helmet or any personal protective equipment.
