We are unable to estimate local taxes and VAT and are not responsible for any of these charges or duties.
Package forwarders may be utilized at your discretion. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after your item has been delivered to the shipping address. All shipments need to be inspected prior to being forwarded to secondary destinations.
Lead Times
We under promise and over deliver. Although many products will ship the same day or next day, our official policy is 2-4 business days of handling time including expedited orders (Next Day Air, etc.). If you need something in a rush please use a premium shipping service and contact us prior to placing your order for a more accurate ETA.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed air or hazardous materials may only be shipped within the contiguous U.S. using ground delivery only.
Oversized items, including bikes, may not be available for expedited shipping. We will contact you should in the event that your selected shipping service is unavailable for your order.
Bike Builds
All bikes are built, checked and test ridden prior to boxing and shipping. This process averages 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog and the complexity of your build. Expedited builds are available for an additional fee, contact us for details.
Complete bikes are packed in our own specially designed bike boxes but do require some basic assembly. If you aren't confident in your mechanical abilities please have your local shop do the final assembly.
Only bikes/frames over $3000 are eligible for free shipping. There is a $150 charge on all bikes/frames under $3000.
Received a damaged item or bike?
We do our best to protect everything we ship but accidents do happen. Please keep all packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can file a claim.

- AXS™ Pod ULT features a “click and fire” two-button design that transforms the crucial act of rider inputs into a vastly more personal experience for all your AXS™ controls
- Engineered as integrated, interdependent transmission components, the XX Eagle T-Type rear derailleur mounts around the wheel axle itself, contacting the cassette directly with a first-of-its-kind Hangerless Interface
- XX T-Type derailleur offers the same intuitive pairing and set-up procedure as SRAM's Eagle AXS™ derailleurs
- Derailleur features an overload clutch that boosts resiliency and a tucked-in profile that houses protection covers on the fully replaceable B-knuckle and outer link
- To further its performance, the lower pulley called, "Magic Wheel", keeps spinning if an object becomes lodged
- Shifting under load is made possible on the XX T-Type 10-52t cassette due to a combination of X-SYNC technology and cassette mapping, creating seamless shifts even during your hardest power output
- XX Eagle AXS™ T-Type crankset utilizes SRAM's World stage proven XX carbon crankarm with a subtly integrated power meter to record and deliver live, accurate power readings to your head unit
- The "DUB-PWR” is a unique design that elegantly houses Quarq’s reliable and accurate power measurement inside the DUB crank spindle itself and boasts a long battery life
- Compatible with the Flight Attendant system, allowing for total connectivity between all AXS™ enabled components
