Package forwarders may be utilized at your discretion. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after your item has been delivered to the shipping address. All shipments need to be inspected prior to being forwarded to secondary destinations.
Lead Times
We under promise and over deliver. Although many products will ship the same day or next day, our official policy is 2-4 business days of handling timeĀ includingĀ expedited orders (Next Day Air, etc.). If you need something in a rush please use a premium shipping service and contact us prior to placing your order for a more accurate ETA.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed air or hazardous materials may only be shipped within the contiguousĀ U.S. using ground delivery only.
Oversized items, including bikes, may not be available for expedited shipping. We will contact you should in the event that your selected shipping service is unavailable for your order.
Bike Builds
All bikes are built, checked and test ridden prior to boxing and shipping. This process averages 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog and the complexity of your build. Expedited builds are available for an additional fee, contact us for details. Ā
Complete bikes are packed in our own specially designed bike boxes but do require some basic assembly. If you aren't confident in your mechanicalĀ abilities please have your local shop do the final assembly.Ā
Most bikes over $3000 are eligible for free shipping. Bikes under $3000 and other certain bikes require a $199 shipping fee
Received a damaged item or bike?

GX AXS Rear Derailleurs
Not only does the SRAM GX Eagle AXS Rear Derailleur get the job done, it features everything you have come to expect from SRAM's AXS connect components . It's able to shift on command, whether that's under climbing load, or sprinting to the stage finish. The derailleur is smart enough to protect itself thanks to its incredibly resilient Overload Clutch. Engineered with a variety of rider preferences in mind, it is compatible with the expanded range 10-52t cassette as well as the 10-50t cassette.

Ride anywhere with this wide range XG-1275 12-speed Eagle cassette that that offers the performance of higher end SRAM cassettes. Fast on the flats. Controlled on the climbs. Dictate your own pace.
Rival eTap AXS HRD Shift/Brake Lever & Caliper E1
Have it all: effortless one-finger braking and fully wireless shifting with peerless ergonomics. SRAM redesigned the Rival eTap HRD controls with a higher brake lever pivot, so stopping from the hoods uses 80% less effort than before. But stopping is only one part of the equation, so they increased the range of their Reach Adjust while also eliminating the possibility of finger pinch under hard braking. The Shifer is perfectly paired with a 2-piston flat mount brake caliper to provide confident braking~Lighter weight, more powerful braking, and better fit for a wider range of hand sizes: all thatās left for you is pedaling.
