We can sell and ship some items internationally but certain brands or substances may be prohibited from shipping outside of U.S. or to certain territories.
We are unable to estimate local taxes and VAT and are not responsible for any of these charges or duties.
Package forwarders may be utilized at your discretion. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after your item has been delivered to the shipping address. All shipments need to be inspected prior to being forwarded to secondary destinations.
Lead Times
We under promise and over deliver. Although many products will ship the same day or next day, our official policy is 2-4 business days of handling time including expedited orders (Next Day Air, etc.). If you need something in a rush please use a premium shipping service and contact us prior to placing your order for a more accurate ETA.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed air or hazardous materials may only be shipped within the contiguous U.S. using ground delivery only.
Oversized items, including bikes, may not be available for expedited shipping. We will contact you should in the event that your selected shipping service is unavailable for your order.
Bike Builds
All bikes are built, checked and test ridden prior to boxing and shipping. This process averages 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog and the complexity of your build. Expedited builds are available for an additional fee, contact us for details.
Complete bikes are packed in our own specially designed bike boxes but do require some basic assembly. If you aren't confident in your mechanical abilities please have your local shop do the final assembly.
Only bikes/frames over $3000 are eligible for free shipping. There is a $150 charge on all bikes/frames under $3000.
Received a damaged item or bike?
We do our best to protect everything we ship but accidents do happen. Please keep all packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can file a claim.

Force E1 HRD Shifters
All new hood ergonomics are now available for Force. This system has stiffer calipers, one-finger braking from the hoods and drops, Bonus Buttons, and texture to easily locate and actuate the buttons and controls. The improvements made resulted from over four years of rider feedback, giving an even wider range of riders the same level of comfort and control while also eliminating the possibility of finger pinch under hard braking. Less effort, less hand fatigue, a lighter feel and more comfortable, powerful braking.

XPLR Rear Derailleurs
Full Mount resilience. No bent hangers after impacts or travel. No adjustment screws. Just fast, precise shifting constructed for gravel. The 1x-specific Force XPLR AXS 13-Speed rear derailleur provides incredible chain management, and the straight parallelogram design means there’s no debris or conditions that can put this derailleur into the rear wheel. This 1x-specific unit is strong and made to endure it all.

- Hangerless Interface and Full Mount attachment allow for the most precise shifting and the ultimate resistance to impact

XPLR 10-46T Cassettes
The 13-speed 10-46t Force XPLR cassette is the gravel gearing sweet spot perfected. Its 460% range is all systems go for any course, and it has tight gear ratio jumps, so you’re never searching for the right gear, even on the roughest roads.
- Expanded 460% range gives the added coverage 1x gravel riders demand
- For use with XPLR 1x 13-speed rear derailleurs

Force E1 Chains
The SRAM Force 12/13-Speed chain is lighter, stronger and even more durable. Flattop technology creates a quieter, longer lasting chain for long rides and countless shifts. This Force chain is compatible with 12-speed road and 13-speed gravel cassettes.
- Flattop technology allows for a narrower chain with quieter operation and increased strength and durability
- Hard Chrome plated inner link plates and rollers for reduced wear and prolonged life
- Cut-outs in inner and outer link plates for weight reduction
