Lead Times

We under promise and over deliver. Although many products will ship the same day or next day, our official policy is 2-4 business days of handling time including expedited orders (Next Day Air, etc.). If you need something in a rush please use a premium shipping service and contact us prior to placing your order for a more accurate ETA.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed air or hazardous materials may only be shipped within the contiguous U.S. using ground delivery only.

Oversized items, including bikes, may not be available for expedited shipping. We will contact you should in the event that your selected shipping service is unavailable for your order.

Bike Builds

All bikes are built, checked and test ridden prior to boxing and shipping. This process averages 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog and the complexity of your build. Expedited builds are available for an additional fee, contact us for details.

Complete bikes are packed in our own specially designed bike boxes but do require some basic assembly. If you aren't confident in your mechanical abilities please have your local shop do the final assembly.

Most bikes over $3000 are eligible for free shipping. Bikes under $3000 and other certain bikes require a $199 shipping fee

Shimano GRX ST-RX825 Di2 Shift/Brake Lever with BR-RX820 Hydraulic Disc Brake Caliper - Left/Front 2x Flat Mount Caliper Black. The Shimano 12-speed Shimano GRX Di2 Dual Control Lever delivers fast wireless shifting for gravel and mixed-terrain riding. The ergonomic lever features raised hoods ribbed surface texture and an anti-slip coating on the brake lever for increased security and control. The hood body bracket shape is newly optimized for seamless integration with flared handlebars while retaining the gravel-specific third button location. To complete the cockpit RX825 levers are compatible with three satellite shifter options (sold separately) and features Shimano FRONT SHIFT NEXT functionality to maximize rider customization options. The GRX BR-RX820 2-piston disc brake caliper brings a high level of control to gravel cycling with enhanced modulation and a quick initial braking point. Despite its smaller construction the system is exceptionally quiet and easy to maintain.
