International Orders
We can sell and ship some items internationally but certain brands or substances may be prohibited from shipping outside of U.S. or to certain territories.
We are unable to estimate local taxes and VAT and are not responsible for any of these charges or duties.
Package forwarders may be utilized at your discretion. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after your item has been delivered to the shipping address. All shipments need to be inspected prior to being forwarded to secondary destinations.
Lead Times
We under promise and over deliver. Although many products will ship the same day or next day, our official policy is 2-4 business days of handling time including expedited orders (Next Day Air, etc.). If you need something in a rush please use a premium shipping service and contact us prior to placing your order for a more accurate ETA.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed air or hazardous materials may only be shipped within the contiguous U.S. using ground delivery only.
Oversized items, including bikes, may not be available for expedited shipping. We will contact you should in the event that your selected shipping service is unavailable for your order.
Bike Builds
All bikes are built, checked and test ridden prior to boxing and shipping. This process averages 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog and the complexity of your build. Expedited builds are available for an additional fee, contact us for details.
Complete bikes are packed in our own specially designed bike boxes but do require some basic assembly. If you aren't confident in your mechanical abilities please have your local shop do the final assembly.
Most bikes over $3000 are eligible for free shipping. Bikes under $3000 and other certain bikes require a $199 shipping fee
Received a damaged item or bike?
We do our best to protect everything we ship but accidents do happen. Please keep all packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can file a claim.

Build Your SRAM S500 Eagle AXS Wireless Groupset
Upgrade your mountain bike to wireless electronic shifting with a custom-built SRAM Eagle 1x12 groupset from Pro Bike Supply. Start with the SRAM S500 Eagle AXS Upgrade Kit, then choose your preferred 12-speed Eagle chain and wide-range cassette. Add an S200 or S500 crankset if you want a more complete drivetrain, or select No Crankset to keep your existing compatible crank.
The S500 Eagle AXS rear derailleur delivers precise wireless shifting with an AXS Pod Controller and SRAM AXS app personalization. Mix your favorite drivetrain finishes—from understated silver and black to gold and rainbow—and select the crank length and chainline that suit your bike.

Customize Your Groupset
- Chain: S200 Silver/Black, S500 Gold or S500 Rainbow.
- Cassette: XG-1275 Black 10-50T or 10-52T; XG-1299 Gold 10-52T or Rainbow 10-52T.
- Crankset: None; S200 crankset in 155, 160, 165, 170 or 175 mm, each with 52 or 55 mm chainline; or S500 crankset in 170 or 175 mm, each with 52 or 55 mm chainline.
Why Build It Your Way?
Choose the cassette gearing that works for your terrain, a chain and cassette finish that matches your bike, and the crank length and chainline that fit your frame. All versions are based on SRAM's established Eagle 12-speed drivetrain platform rather than Eagle Transmission (T-Type).
Fit & Compatibility Notes
- Drivetrain: 1x12 SRAM Eagle (non-T-Type); not for Eagle Transmission/T-Type drivetrains.
- Freehub: XG-1275 and XG-1299 cassette options require a SRAM XD-compatible driver body; they are not HG or Micro Spline cassettes.
- Crank fit: Verify the selected 52 mm or 55 mm chainline, crank length, chainring clearance and your frame's DUB bottom bracket requirements before ordering. A bottom bracket is not included unless separately specified.
- Controller: AXS Pod with discrete clamp; shift-button assignments can be customized using the SRAM AXS app.
- Product images: Illustrate the selected chain finish, cassette finish and crank model; exact crank length, chainline and cassette tooth count may not be visually distinguishable.
