International Orders
We can sell and ship some items internationally but certain brands or substances may be prohibited from shipping outside of U.S. or to certain territories.
We are unable to estimate local taxes and VAT and are not responsible for any of these charges or duties.
Package forwarders may be utilized at your discretion. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after your item has been delivered to the shipping address. All shipments need to be inspected prior to being forwarded to secondary destinations.
Lead Times
We under promise and over deliver. Although many products will ship the same day or next day, our official policy is 2-4 business days of handling time including expedited orders (Next Day Air, etc.). If you need something in a rush please use a premium shipping service and contact us prior to placing your order for a more accurate ETA.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed air or hazardous materials may only be shipped within the contiguous U.S. using ground delivery only.
Oversized items, including bikes, may not be available for expedited shipping. We will contact you should in the event that your selected shipping service is unavailable for your order.
Bike Builds
All bikes are built, checked and test ridden prior to boxing and shipping. This process averages 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog and the complexity of your build. Expedited builds are available for an additional fee, contact us for details.
Complete bikes are packed in our own specially designed bike boxes but do require some basic assembly. If you aren't confident in your mechanical abilities please have your local shop do the final assembly.
Most bikes over $3000 are eligible for free shipping. Bikes under $3000 and other certain bikes require a $199 shipping fee
Received a damaged item or bike?
We do our best to protect everything we ship but accidents do happen. Please keep all packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can file a claim.
Details
- Features: RC2T damper with independent adjustment of High Speed Compression (HSC) and Low Speed Compression (LSC), two position climb switch, Rebound adjustment, adjustable positive air spring, Specialized GENIE technology utilizing tokens to allow for adjustment of bottom out resistance and mid stroke feel of the shock.
- Bottomless Tokens - used to adjust the amount of bottom out resistance, or, 'ramp up' at the end of the shocks travel. Shock ships with three tokens, one Large token (Grey, installed from the factory), one Small token (White, spare part included with the shock), and one Extra Large token (Black, spare part included with the shock). Only one token can be installed at a time (no stacking of tokens allowed). Bottomless Tokens are directional and must be installed with the correct orientation (text on token visible when installing into the shock).
- Air Can Sleeve Tokens - used to tune the mid-stroke feel of the shock by adjusting the positive air spring volume. Shock ships with two tokens, one installed from the factory and the other as a spare part included with the shock. Note the maximum number of Air Can Sleeve Tokens that can be installed on a shock is two and the minimum is having no tokens installed.
- Includes M8x20mm and M8x25mm mounting hardware for the front shock eyelet. Shock comes with a 1/2" DU bushing installed in the front eyelet. Rear eyelet is bare to accommodate flip-chips located in the shock extension.
