International Orders
We can sell and ship some items internationally but certain brands or substances may be prohibited from shipping outside of U.S. or to certain territories.
We are unable to estimate local taxes and VAT and are not responsible for any of these charges or duties.
Package forwarders may be utilized at your discretion. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after your item has been delivered to the shipping address. All shipments need to be inspected prior to being forwarded to secondary destinations.
Lead Times
We under promise and over deliver. Although many products will ship the same day or next day, our official policy is 2-4 business days of handling time including expedited orders (Next Day Air, etc.). If you need something in a rush please use a premium shipping service and contact us prior to placing your order for a more accurate ETA.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed air or hazardous materials may only be shipped within the contiguous U.S. using ground delivery only.
Oversized items, including bikes, may not be available for expedited shipping. We will contact you should in the event that your selected shipping service is unavailable for your order.
Bike Builds
All bikes are built, checked and test ridden prior to boxing and shipping. This process averages 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog and the complexity of your build. Expedited builds are available for an additional fee, contact us for details.
Complete bikes are packed in our own specially designed bike boxes but do require some basic assembly. If you aren't confident in your mechanical abilities please have your local shop do the final assembly.
Most bikes over $3000 are eligible for free shipping. Bikes under $3000 and other certain bikes require a $199 shipping fee

e*thirteen engineers understand the perfect tubeless wheel system means rims, tape, tires, sealant, and valves must all play their roles perfectly. Traditional Presta tubeless valves suffer from various weaknesses, like low airflow, clogging, and the need for special tools to remove the valve core, which leaves you with a valve port too small to inject sealant. This meant most of us resorted to the risk of breaking the tire bead and pouring directly into the tire when topping up sealant, or (carefully) mounting tires the first time. No more!
Gen 2 Quick Fill Valves have a unique 4-part design, with a one-of-a-kind valve core carrier, which can be conveniently removed by hand without tools and without removing the valve core. This carrier threads into an oversized valve stem, which perfectly fits our 100ml sealant bottle nozzles for mess-free sealant injection. The valve stem port (without the need to house a valve core), also has an exceptionally large inner diameter of 3.5mm, providing a cross-sectional area increase of 45% over our Gen 1 Valves, and about 10% over new "Filless" competitor valves. This means higher airflow and less chance of clogging. Securing the valve stem to the rim is a CNC alloy and rubber base nut, compatible with all major rim brands, and with tricky tire inserts such as Cushcore. Two sizes are available, fitting most rims on the market.
For Bosch Smart System with Rim Magnet users, there is a special configuration with one custom, longer valve stem to fit the rim magnet under the rear wheel valve, providing a lightweight and convenient upgrade to other options on the market.
