International Orders
We can sell and ship some items internationally but certain brands or substances may be prohibited from shipping outside of U.S. or to certain territories.
We are unable to estimate local taxes and VAT and are not responsible for any of these charges or duties.
Package forwarders may be utilized at your discretion. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after your item has been delivered to the shipping address. All shipments need to be inspected prior to being forwarded to secondary destinations.
Lead Times
We under promise and over deliver. Although many products will ship the same day or next day, our official policy is 2-4 business days of handling time including expedited orders (Next Day Air, etc.). If you need something in a rush please use a premium shipping service and contact us prior to placing your order for a more accurate ETA.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed air or hazardous materials may only be shipped within the contiguous U.S. using ground delivery only.
Oversized items, including bikes, may not be available for expedited shipping. We will contact you should in the event that your selected shipping service is unavailable for your order.
Bike Builds
All bikes are built, checked and test ridden prior to boxing and shipping. This process averages 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog and the complexity of your build. Expedited builds are available for an additional fee, contact us for details.
Complete bikes are packed in our own specially designed bike boxes but do require some basic assembly. If you aren't confident in your mechanical abilities please have your local shop do the final assembly.
Most bikes over $3000 are eligible for free shipping. Bikes under $3000 and other certain bikes require a $199 shipping fee
Received a damaged item or bike?
We do our best to protect everything we ship but accidents do happen. Please keep all packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can file a claim.

1338g of perfectly tuned trail performance. Smooth through trail chatter, snappy when you put the power down. With Berd spokes and fast-engaging Ti70 hubs, this is the ultimate every-trail wheelset.
Your daily-driver wheelset, elevated. Ethos Trail wheels boast shallow, compliant rims with front and rear-specific designs that hit sweet spots across the board. Lighter than many XC wheelsets, yet built tougher than its grams suggest. Paired with the perfectly tuned ride feel of Berd spokes, Ethos Trail is built for riders who get equal kicks out of stealing KOMs on climbs and descents.
With front and rear-specific rim designs, Ethos Trail is tuned for balance on every ride. Up front, a shallow 18.5mm lightweight rim enhances traction and delivers a supple, composed feel. Out back, a 19.0mm depth, reinforced layup, and wider rim lips boost impact resistance and tire support, adding snap and confidence when charging corners and rough lines.
Both rims are engineered with reduced torsional stiffness, allowing for controlled lateral and vertical flex in sync. The result is a wheel that tracks naturally across off-camber terrain, holds strong when pushed into corners, and lets the bike move fluidly beneath you.

The lightest NOBL rim ever, at a slender 270g, rotational mass is kept to an absolute minimum. They feature 30mm internal front and rear widths, and a 20.5mm depth, delivering optimal torsional stiffness and power transfer for a race-day wheelset with an ultralight layup. Available only in 29” with a full 28-hole spoke count.
The shallowest in the Ethos Series with an 18.5mm depth, these rims are made for the perfect balance of efficiency and compliance. Even with featherweight construction, reinforced sidewalls and layups make the Ethos XC 21% stronger than the Ethos SL. This gives them real-world durability, with the sidewall able to withstand strikes from rocks or debris that gets tossed into the wheel when the going gets rough.
With front and rear specific rim designs, Ethos XC is precisely tuned for XC racing. Up front, a lightweight, compliant construction minimizes rotational mass and enhances grip. Out back, a reinforced layup and wider rim lips increase impact resistance and tire support, engineered to withstand repeated hits.
