Lead Times

We under promise and over deliver. Although many products will ship the same day or next day, our official policy is 2-4 business days of handling time including expedited orders (Next Day Air, etc.). If you need something in a rush please use a premium shipping service and contact us prior to placing your order for a more accurate ETA.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed air or hazardous materials may only be shipped within the contiguous U.S. using ground delivery only.

Oversized items, including bikes, may not be available for expedited shipping. We will contact you should in the event that your selected shipping service is unavailable for your order.

Bike Builds

All bikes are built, checked and test ridden prior to boxing and shipping. This process averages 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog and the complexity of your build. Expedited builds are available for an additional fee, contact us for details.

Complete bikes are packed in our own specially designed bike boxes but do require some basic assembly. If you aren't confident in your mechanical abilities please have your local shop do the final assembly.

Most bikes over $3000 are eligible for free shipping. Bikes under $3000 and other certain bikes require a $199 shipping fee

MET Parachute MCR MIPS Helmet - Kiwi Iridescent Matte Large. The MET Parachute MCR is MET’s convertible full-face helmet developed for enduro all-mountain and e-MTB riding. Parachute MCR is designed to be truly two helmets in one. The full-face has a stylish and aggressive look providing all-round protection while the open face reflects the style of MET’s all-mountain helmets. MCR stands for Magnetic Chinbar Release and instantly converts from full to open face helmet and back. MCR is MET’s revolutionary system created in partnership with Fidlock. Featuring the MIPS brain protection system and complying with ASTM 1952-15/2032-15 (shell and chinbar) riders have the highest level of protection from linear and rotational impacts. In addition MET’s unique flexible injected visor to avoid extra rotation of the neck in case of a crash. The BOA® FS1 offers incremental adjustment forward and backward to deliver a precise and adaptable fit while the belt runs 360° around the head to avoid any pressure points optimizing comfort. It also offers 3 positions for vertical adjustment. 21 vents and the MET engineered internal air channeling work in synergy with the breathable chinbar to maximize the airflow at low and high speed. The chinbar is engineered to reach the optimal balance of stiffness and energy dissipation to give riders confidence when wearing the Parachute MCR.
