International Orders

We can sell and ship some items internationally but certain brands or substances may be prohibited from shipping outside of U.S. or to certain territories.

We are unable to estimate local taxes and VAT and are not responsible for any of these charges or duties.

Package forwarders may be utilized at your discretion. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after your item has been delivered to the shipping address. All shipments need to be inspected prior to being forwarded to secondary destinations.

Lead Times

We under promise and over deliver. Although many products will ship the same day or next day, our official policy is 2-4 business days of handling time including expedited orders (Next Day Air, etc.). If you need something in a rush please use a premium shipping service and contact us prior to placing your order for a more accurate ETA.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed air or hazardous materials may only be shipped within the contiguous U.S. using ground delivery only.

Oversized items, including bikes, may not be available for expedited shipping. We will contact you should in the event that your selected shipping service is unavailable for your order.

Bike Builds

All bikes are built, checked and test ridden prior to boxing and shipping. This process averages 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog and the complexity of your build. Expedited builds are available for an additional fee, contact us for details.  

Complete bikes are packed in our own specially designed bike boxes but do require some basic assembly. If you aren't confident in your mechanical abilities please have your local shop do the final assembly. 

Most bikes over $3000 are eligible for free shipping. Bikes under $3000 and other certain bikes require a $199 shipping fee

We do our best to protect everything we ship but accidents do happen. Please keep all packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can file a claim.

Manitou Mattoc Expert Suspension Fork - 29" 120 mm 15 x 110 mm 44 mm Offset Gloss Black. Lighter stiffer and more tunable than its competitors the Mattoc Expert is the desired componentry for all bikes improving the riding experience in a meaningful way. This lightweight and efficient fork features industry leading stiffness that ensures precise and reactive handling ready to outperform any other product it is compared to. The Manitou Expert boasts an Expert Air spring with IVA compression damping via the VTT-6P system and rebound damping via an open cartridge with adjustable TPC. True to Manitou’s industry leading tuning capabilities the Expert allows adjustments via Air Air Volume Rebound and 3-position Compression (Open Trail Lock) With Open Mode Low Speed Compression Adjustment. Perhaps the most versatile fork available not only in terms of travel but also application and customization of performance. Such amazing performance tailor tuned to your needs arises from Manitou’s never-ending search for a smoother and better best ride.
  • Expert air allows for internal travel adjustments with no added parts. New travel spacers account for negative air volume change so the 110mm fork has the same initial stroke feel as the 150mm
  • Expert Air spring systems contain a unique balancing valve that equalizes the positive and negative air chambers during the air fill process. This gives the spring rate a consistent feel without any flat or dead spots in the stroke along with giving riders of different weights the same initial stroke feel. Expert Air has identical performance to Dorado Air in a more cost-effective package
  • Incremental Volume Adjust (IVA) modifies the volume in the positive air chamber with self-contained spacers dictating the position of the IVA piston. This allows the main air spring ramp-up to be tuned to the rider weight style and conditions without the need for additional parts
  • A single external compression adjuster that simultaneously adjusts High and Low speed damping characteristics. It features a fixed shim stack and a secondary shim stack that is preloaded by the external adjuster. The resulting wide tuning range combines the benefits of a Low-speed platform and High-speed progressive tune can suite any terrain
  • Trail Side Relief casting bleed screws allow users to release casting pressure from the fork. Casting pressure increase is normal and extreme riding can increase the pressure at a fast rate. Temperature and elevation changes can also cause increased casting pressure. Releasing casting pressure can improve overall fork feel and small bump compliance
