International Orders
We can sell and ship some items internationally but certain brands or substances may be prohibited from shipping outside of U.S. or to certain territories.
We are unable to estimate local taxes and VAT and are not responsible for any of these charges or duties.
Package forwarders may be utilized at your discretion. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after your item has been delivered to the shipping address. All shipments need to be inspected prior to being forwarded to secondary destinations.
Lead Times
We under promise and over deliver. Although many products will ship the same day or next day, our official policy is 2-4 business days of handling time including expedited orders (Next Day Air, etc.). If you need something in a rush please use a premium shipping service and contact us prior to placing your order for a more accurate ETA.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed air or hazardous materials may only be shipped within the contiguous U.S. using ground delivery only.
Oversized items, including bikes, may not be available for expedited shipping. We will contact you should in the event that your selected shipping service is unavailable for your order.
Bike Builds
All bikes are built, checked and test ridden prior to boxing and shipping. This process averages 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog and the complexity of your build. Expedited builds are available for an additional fee, contact us for details.
Complete bikes are packed in our own specially designed bike boxes but do require some basic assembly. If you aren't confident in your mechanical abilities please have your local shop do the final assembly.
Most bikes over $3000 are eligible for free shipping. Bikes under $3000 and other certain bikes require a $199 shipping fee
Received a damaged item or bike?
We do our best to protect everything we ship but accidents do happen. Please keep all packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can file a claim.

stash your snacks? The Ripley now features internal frame storage for all your stuff. Plus, with expanded size ranges, everyone gets the perfect fit. Whether you’re popping wheelies or conquering climbs, the Ripley is game.
SIZE SPECIFIC EVERYTHING
Every rider deserves the same great ride feel, no matter their height or proportions. IBIS use size specific seat tube angles and suspension kinematics to bring incredible balance and speed to all size riders. Even chainstay length and bottom bracket height are tailored to each frame size.
5 SIZES
IBIS added a third size in the middle of the bell curve to provide a fit that’s just right. With 80% of riders falling between 5’5” and 6’0,” they introduced a new “Extra-Medium” size. The extra-medium (size 3) now sits in the middle of our size
range, while our size five remains the traditional XL.
FLIP IT
IBIS added more adjustability with a new flip chip - now you can run 29” or 27.5”/29” mixed (MX) wheels on all sizes without compromising the geometry.
On the Ripmo, the Extra Medium and larger sizes ship with 29” wheels, while the Small and Medium sizes come with MX wheels.
DW-LINK
Ibis continue to use the critically acclaimed dw-link suspension platform known for its efficient climbing and superlative downhill performance; it sets the standard for modern mountain bikes.
Their size-specific kinematics make sure every size bike pedals amazing while still keeping things quiet and calm on challenging trails.
INTERNAL FRAME STORAGE
Get that gear off your back and into your bike with our frame storage system. The latch operates effortlessly, even in cold, muddy conditions while wearing gloves. The door is waterresistant, rattle-free, and robust.
IBIS partnered with Cotopaxi to craft a set of two internal bags for your snacks, tools or whatever. Cotopaxi is known for high-quality construction and sustainable practices; each bag is crafted from remnants and dead stock, making them colorful and unique. The result of our obsession - every detail on the Ripmo has been thought through, refined and refined again.
