We can sell and ship some items internationally but certain brands or substances may be prohibited from shipping outside of U.S. or to certain territories.

We are unable to estimate local taxes and VAT and are not responsible for any of these charges or duties.

Package forwarders may be utilized at your discretion. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after your item has been delivered to the shipping address. All shipments need to be inspected prior to being forwarded to secondary destinations.

Lead Times

We under promise and over deliver. Although many products will ship the same day or next day, our official policy is 2-4 business days of handling time including expedited orders (Next Day Air, etc.). If you need something in a rush please use a premium shipping service and contact us prior to placing your order for a more accurate ETA.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed air or hazardous materials may only be shipped within the contiguous U.S. using ground delivery only.

Oversized items, including bikes, may not be available for expedited shipping. We will contact you should in the event that your selected shipping service is unavailable for your order.

Bike Builds

All bikes are built, checked and test ridden prior to boxing and shipping. This process averages 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog and the complexity of your build. Expedited builds are available for an additional fee, contact us for details.  

Complete bikes are packed in our own specially designed bike boxes but do require some basic assembly. If you aren't confident in your mechanical abilities please have your local shop do the final assembly. 

Most bikes over $3000 are eligible for free shipping. Bikes under $3000 and other certain bikes require a $199 shipping fee

Received a damaged item or bike?

We do our best to protect everything we ship but accidents do happen. Please keep all packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can file a claim.

Campagnolo Super Record Ergopower Wireless Control Lever and Brake Caliper - Right/Rear 12-Speed 140mm Hydraulic Disc Brake Caliper. The Campagnolo Super Record Wireless control lever is efficient and effective thanks to the new shape of the control body that allows for a comfortable firm high grip. The brake lever has been redesigned to make it easier to reach in low grip while still maintaining Campagnolo style and design. The position of the brake lever can also be adjusted so that it is perfectly within reach and suits cyclists’ needs adapting to any kind of handlebar and any hand size. The absence of wires and cables makes it easy to install and the battery has an incredibly long life thanks to the very sophisticated firmware that manages all this component’s electronics. The shifting buttons are the perfect balance between force used and tactile feedback allowing cyclists to feel when a gear shifts. They can also be customized using the MyCampy 3.0 app associating them with the front and rear derailleur according to personal preference. The Super Record brake calipers ensure powerful braking that can be regulated in any situation thanks to their 22mm diameter phenolic resin pistons. Pad return has now been optimized to ensure there is no friction when the brake lever is released. A special metal plate positioned between the pad and the caliper piston cushions the vibrations during braking.
  • Super Record Wireless controls can be used for up to 2 years without replacing the battery
  • Controls can be turned off with a switch that is hidden but easy to reach inside the body of the controls
  • LED inside the body of the controls acts as a visual alarm to indicate that the battery needs charging and the charge level can be checked using the MyCampy3.0 app
  • Shifting buttons positioned on the brake lever to guarantee easy access for all cyclists when pedaling with either a high or low grip
  • When the chain engages immediately the front and rear derailleurs can be actioned with minimum effort and in any position on the handlebars for super quick shifting
  • Multi-Shifting feature instantly finds the right combination for an unexpected climb or sudden sprint thanks to the multiple actions of the controls
  • Caliper is fully compatible with flat-mount frames
  • 22mm phenolic resin pistons provide exceptional braking force and thermal isolation
  • Optimized piston return action rapidly returns pads to their position ensuring an overall clearance between pad and disc of 0.4-0.8 mm with no risk of accidental contact
  • Pad wear indicators help to easily see when replacement is needed
  • Simply and easy pad replacement due to the absence of phyical return springs
  • Rounded brake pads facilitates disc insertion and speeds up wheel changing
