Ritchey Comp 4Axis-44 Stem - 110mm, 31.8mm, +17/-17, 1 1/4", Alloy, Matte Black
The stem has a steerer sleeve. If you don't align this at the center of the steerer clamp, the stem will slip even when tightened. When properly installed, it's a stem: out of mind and just works, as it should. Bars are easy to install, unlike the 220 style Ritcheys. Not bad for the price, just be aware of the sleeve and install will go smoothly.
