Return Policy


You may return most new, and unused items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping the item to you)*.  Returned items need to be in brand new condition and in the original, undamaged factory packaging. Items that are returned with signs of installation will not be eligible for return.

Frames: We do accept returns on frames, however there is a $50 + 10% of purchase price restocking fee on ALL frames and you will be responsible for the shipping back to us.

Wheels/Wheelsets: We do accept returns on wheels and wheelsets, however there is a $25 + 10% of purchase price restocking fee on ALL frames and you will be responsible for the shipping back to us.

Complete Bikes and Custom Wheelsets: These are not eligible for a refund or credit since these items are built to order. Deposits for complete bikes are refundable up until the bike is built and ready to ship. After this point in the purchasing  process any deposits for canceled orders will be converted into a Pro Bike Supply Online Gift Card for use on any future purchase with us.

If your bike or wheelsets is damaged in shipping, please contact us right away and we'll sort it out.  We reserve the right to offer replacement parts or credits.

Takeoff or Open Box Parts: These are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Gloves, pads and apparel: Are eligible for return/refund with 45 days, only if they are in brand new, unworn and unwashed condition.


For all other products, we pay return shipping if the product is defective, if we shipped incorrect product, or if product is damaged in shipping. Customer pays return shipping otherwise.

Simply fill out the return authorization form and if your order meets our return policy guidelines you can ship back to our address or you can request a return shipping label and we can invoice you for it. 

International customers will be responsible for covering return shipping costs as well as any taxes and duties imposed.

Some select items may have a restocking fee, but these will be noted on the product page of the item.

 Please note refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to be placed back in your account

We are not accepting exchanges. If you need to get a different item please return the one that is in correct and place a new order for the one you need.

How do I process a return? To start a return or exchange, please click the button below. You will then receive a confirmation email within 1 business day.

Take your new and unused items along with all the original packaging, and safely package them for shipping.  We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

When will I receive my refund? We process and refund all returns within 2 business day of receiving them but it may take a few weeks to receive your refund.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return (1-2 days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 10 business days).

How do I return a defective item that has been used or installed? This is where the original manufacturer’s warranty comes into play. We can assist you in processing your warranty request but in most cases it is easier and faster to do this through your local bike shop.  We are always here to help but diagnosing issues without the part or bike in front of us can be tough.
