You may return or exchange most new, unopened items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping the item to you)*. Custom bikes and custom wheelsets are not eligible for a refund or credit since these items are built to your specifications. Of course, if one of these custom products was damaged in shipping, please contact us right away and we'll sort it out.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Some select items will have a restocking fee, but these will be noted on the product page of the item.

How do I process a return? To start a return or exchange, please click the button below. You will then receive a confirmation email within 1 business day.
Take your new and unused items along with all the original packaging, and safely package them for shipping. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
When will I receive my refund? We process and refund all returns within 2 business day of receiving them but it may take a few weeks to receive your refund. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return (1-2 days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 10 business days).
How do I return a defective item that has been used or installed? This is where the original manufacturer’s warranty comes into play. We can assist you in processing your warranty request but in most cases it is easier and faster to do this through your local bike shop.
