DEMO PROGRAM

Our demo fleet features bikes from some of the best bikes in the game: Transition, Ibis, Specialized, Pivot, Yeti, Revel, and Open Cycles. Our Try Before You Buy program is here to help you get on the right bike for you, before you purchase!

DEMO RULES AND CONDITIONS:

- All demos require at least one day advanced notice. No same day pickup.

- You demo will be available for pickup, when we open, on the day of your reservation. Demo’s are due back by the end of the day the following day. For bikes pickup on Saturday they re due back on Monday by Noon (we are closed on Sundays)

- Demos are only for use on our local trails (Aliso Woods, Laguna Canyon, San Clemente Single Track and Santiago Oaks). Traveling outside of Orange County with our demo bikes or taking them to a bikes park (Santa’s Village or Summit) will result in a forfeit of your demo fee credit as well as an $250 additional fee.

- All demo’s are weather permitting. We reserve the right to reschedule your demo if the trails are un-ridable due to rain, fires, etc.

- Demo bikes are $100 per bike and E-Bikes are $150. This fee not only gets you on a bike, but is directly added to your shop “piggy bank” that can be used towards purchasing a new bike, or any order over $450. Once you have accumulated 3 demos worth of demo fees ($450) you can then use your shop credit on anything (service, nutrition, parts, etc..) and any leftover balance will stay on your account for future use.

- There is also a $4,000 credit card authorization fee required at pick up (don’t worry, this is voided after the bike returns in one piece!)

*Disclaimer: The bike you are looking to demo may be already booked, so please email us with your desired demo date and desired demo bike(s), and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days with your booking confirmation. Emailing does NOT mean you have reserved a bike until you have received a confirmation email. In the event of local trail closures due to weather or brush fires, we reserve the right to cancel demo reservations. Thank you!
