I recently purchased an OPEN bicycle from Pro Bike Supply. I had a lot!! of questions. There were about 30 emails that went back and forth between Arin and myself. Arin responded to all my questions quickly and professionally. His explanations were clear, concise and understandable, while always remembering to answer all my questions and not leaving anything out. He was a great communicator which can be tough through emails.
Arin never made me feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking so many questions. He was very patient and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I have been cycling for 36 years and have unfortunately experienced a number of males in the biking industry who are patronizing, condescending and arrogant toward women. My experience was quite the opposite with Arin. Arin consistently presented an incredibly positive attitude. He was kind and approachable which made me feel comfortable when asking questions.
Arin demonstrated excellent product knowledge throughout the purchasing process, gave me great suggestions and let me know when he thought an idea would work and when it would not. He went above and beyond to investigate the possibilities for some of my requests. I will definitely be a return customer!!
