I don’t race, but do a lot of endurance riding and pick up a few Strava segment KOM’s here and there. I held off getting aero wheels out of fear of cross wind instability, but took a chance based on all the positive reviews. We’ve had a few 25-35mph windy days recently so I put the Rapide CLII to the test and I’m very happy to report they just shrugged off the cross winds. Sure, you can feel it, but it’s more a gradual sideways push that is easily compensated. GP5000S TR 32's were easy to install - no tools needed on the rear, but couldn't get the front without tire levers.
