  1. quality low profile 650b tire for the right uses

    I purchased this tire based on measurements that it's one of the lowest profile 650b tires that I could use for a 26" frame conversion. It worked great in the frame although I had to use a Fox 26" fork for enough clearance (26" RockShox forks will have a hard time with any 650b tires). It appears to be high quality, rolls fast, decent grip in hardpack corners, and lightweight. Not great on rocks although I'm still experimenting with pressure. Not much resistance against the typical thorns on my local trails though. Like another reviewer says, great for XC use but not sure you'd want to use them for anything with big drops/downhill.

    These are fast and light tires; more of an xc tire; good grip on climbs and straight, but need more aggressive knobs on the sides for the turns. They loose grip on the turns, but in a very predictable way which is good
